Victim Services - Red Deer Rural RCMP Mission

To lessen the immediate impact of a crime on a Victim, to help Victims cope with the effects of a crime, to focus on the prevention of further victimizati on and provide encouragement to the Victim, to help to increase the “availability time” of members and be of service to investigators, to actively participate in the preventative crime deterrents with potential Victims, to promote positive liaison between Members, Court systems and the Victim, and to provide on going public awareness.
